The St. Francis of Assisi leadership councils help to advise the pastor in directing the Parish. Each Council is guided by the Vision and Mission of the Parish and work through discernment and consensus on issues. 
Those who serve on these Councils are recommended by the Council Leaders and appointed by Father Jorge.
